Lexie’s Two Year Adoption Anniversary

A note from Lexie’s owner:

“Hello Colleen:  Just thought I would drop a note as we are getting close to our two year adoption anniversary for my best friend Lexie (previously Rosie).  She is absolutely the most wonderful being that has ever come into my life and I love her more than anything.  During the week we are both at work at the spay/neuter clinic.  She’s the doggy ambassador and has saved two lives with blood donations. On the weekends we hike and adventure.  She is the PERFECT hiking companion and is still ready to go even after 8-9 miles.  Her favorite thing ever is chasing sticks into the lake and carrying them down the trail.  About six months ago I rescue an 11 year old Dane boy who has become her best friend.  She also has a cat named Forrest (trust me, its HER cat) and enjoys fostering (and cleaning) baby kitties.  Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for entrusting her to me.  She is my best friend.”  Cassie H.

Cassie sent me tons of SUPERLATIVE photos, it was hard to choose which ones to post.  But here are just a few.  To say Lexie lives the good life is an understatement…  (and how sweet that Cassie adopted an 11 year old Great Dane.  Not many people will.  Good for you Cassie!)
