Molly – Adopted!

Molly’s owner reached out to us to see i we can find a home for Molly.  Here is what  they wrote:

“! We adopted Molly from a shelter in Merced. She is around 1 year. She is spayed and microchipped. She bonded with myself, husband and 3 children immediately. She shows no food or toy aggression. The concern is she guards our home and the 5 of us. When we have company or anyone gets too close to us she frowns and snaps at them. I muzzle trained her so we can have her safely around others. I cannot safely keep her in our home in fear the Children will accidentally let her out or someone in. We also have a boxer who was getting long fine with her until she started snapping at my parents. My parents have my boxer until I can find a home for Molly. She is extremely loving. The kids can play with her, lay in her and she is such a snuggle bug. I would love to find her a home with adults who have time for training and managing her reactivity around others. We love her and it’s breaking my heart to have to rehome her.
